Terms of Use

Effective date: 8 October 2026 · Last updated: 8 October 2026

About these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website zivanta.care and the enquiry and coordination services offered through it (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Heal Me Globally Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN: U86909UW2026PTC250055), with its registered office at H-267, Sector-23, Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad 201002, Uttar Pradesh, India, under the brand “Zivanta Care” (“Zivanta”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What Zivanta does

Zivanta is an independent medical travel facilitator. We help patients and their families to:

  • find suitable hospitals and specialists in India;
  • share medical reports with partner hospitals to obtain opinions and itemised cost estimates;
  • arrange teleconsultations where the hospital offers them;
  • obtain a hospital invitation letter for a medical visa and guidance on the visa process;
  • coordinate travel, accommodation, airport transfers and interpreters;
  • coordinate follow-up communication with the treating hospital after you return home.

What Zivanta does not do

  • We are not a hospital, clinic or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this website replaces a consultation with a qualified doctor.
  • We are not the official website, agent or representative of any hospital or doctor listed on this website, except to the extent of our referral arrangements described in section 5.
  • We do not guarantee any medical outcome, the availability of any doctor or hospital on particular dates, or the approval of any visa application.
  • In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Hospitals, doctors and other third parties

Hospitals and doctors are independent of Zivanta and are solely responsible for medical opinions, treatment decisions, the care they provide and their own medical records. Your treatment is governed by the hospital’s own terms, consent forms and policies. Hotels, transport providers, airlines and interpreters are also independent third parties. Information on this website about hospitals and doctors (such as accreditations, facilities, bed counts, experience and ratings) is gathered from the hospitals and from public sources, is provided for general information, and may change. Hospital names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Fees, payments and refunds

  • Zivanta does not charge patients any fee for its Services.
  • You pay for treatment directly to the hospital, and for accommodation, travel and other services directly to the relevant provider, under their terms.
  • Zivanta receives a referral fee from partner hospitals when a patient chooses them for treatment. This fee does not change the price you pay the hospital.
  • Because Zivanta does not collect payments from patients, refunds and cancellations of treatment, deposits, accommodation or travel are governed by the policies of the hospital or provider you paid. On request, we will help you communicate with them.

Cost estimates

Cost estimates shared through Zivanta are prepared by hospitals on the basis of the information available at the time. They are indicative and may change after the hospital examines you or if your treatment plan, length of stay or medical condition changes. The final cost is determined by the hospital.

Your information

To provide the Services we collect and share personal and health information, including with partner hospitals, as described in our Privacy Policy (zivanta.care/privacy). Where we use an AI tool to help summarise your reports, we do so only with your separate consent; the summary is reviewed by our team and is not a diagnosis or medical advice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information, including relevant medical history;
  • obtain the consent of any person whose information you share with us;
  • review estimates, hospital advice and consent forms carefully before deciding;
  • verify your own visa, travel, insurance and health-entry requirements;
  • use the Services only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable use of the website

You must not:

  • misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
  • interfere with its operation or introduce malware;
  • scrape or copy its content in bulk;
  • impersonate any person;
  • submit false or misleading information.

Reviews and testimonials

Patient testimonials are published only with the patient’s written consent and reflect individual experiences. Medical results vary from person to person, and a testimonial is not a promise of any outcome. Ratings and reviews of hospitals or doctors that come from third-party platforms are labelled with their source.
