Dr. Rahul Chandola is an internationally trained cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in complex cardiac and transplant surgeries. He is associated with the Institute of Heart & Lung Diseases (IHLD), New Delhi, and is known for his expertise in heart and lung transplantation, aortic surgeries, and advanced cardiac procedures. He has received advanced training from leading global centres including Humboldt University (Germany) and Toronto General Hospital (Canada), and is credited with performing Northern India’s first lung transplant in post-COVID patients.
